In his work with clients he uses a range of methodologies and approaches including Open Space Technology.

Open Space is a way of creating inspired meetings - whether it's a workshop for 12, a seminar for 120, or a conference for 1200.

It is particularly powerful in situations where a major issue must be resolved, typically one where there is a:

• high level of complexity
• high level of diversity (in terms of the people involved)
• the presence of potential or actual conflict
• and a deadline of yesterday!

With a detailed agenda which is created by the delegates themselves, Open Space is successful because, at its core, are two fundamentals: passion and responsibility.
