NLP - Who's driving the bus?

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is the study of how you do what you do ... how you think ... how you learn ... how you motivate yourself ... how you become confident ... how outstanding people in any field get their results.

NLP helps you improve the way you run your brain ... it gives you flexibility in the ways you behave and act. It gives you choices.

"Most people are prisoners of their own brains. It's as if they are chained to the last seat of the bus and some one else is driving. I want you to learn how to drive your own bus."

Richard Bandler - (Co-Founder and Developer of NLP)

Imagine getting the most sophisticated computer there is, only to discover that there are no instructions and you have to guess how it works. Eventually you could probably figure some things out, but would you be making maximum use of all the features?

In essence, that's what happens with us and our brains. We have to try and work out the best way of using them, all the time knowing that we could probably be much more effective and efficient.

NLP will provide you with "The Owner's Manual" for your brain.
