In his work with clients Charles uses a range of methodologies and approaches including several developed by Insights Learning & Development.

For 5 years, until 2002, Charles was a full-time member of the team at Insights Learning & Development, creating material and contributing to programmes. He is currently a member of the Insights Accreditation Faculty and one of their principal Associates.
